Agreement

What Roast My Habit does
Roast My Habit lets you track habits and get a humorous AI roast about your progress. It is for entertainment and motivation. Roasts are written by a computer, so they can be wrong or odd. They are about your habits and excuses, never about your body, looks, health, age, religion or background.
Not health advice
Roast My Habit is not medical, nutrition, fitness or mental-health advice. If a habit relates to your health, talk to a qualified professional. If you feel unsafe or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
Your data on the phone
Your habits are stored on your phone. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, or lose your phone, they are gone and we cannot restore them.
Plans
The free plan includes a limited number of habits and one roast per week. If paid plans are offered, they are billed and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their price and terms are shown there before you buy.
Age
Roast My Habit is for people 13 and older. The Spicy and Savage roast levels ask you to confirm you are an adult (18 or older) first.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app: no automated or bulk use, no attempts to get around limits, break the service or reach the server in ways the app does not offer, and no reverse engineering where the law allows us to forbid it.
Ownership
The app, its name, logo and design belong to Acid Secs Productions Inc.. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You keep ownership of your own photos and text; you allow us to process them only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always work, be accurate, or be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Acid Secs Productions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the app after an update means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own place of residence.
