LoopClose Terms of Use
Agreement
By using LoopClose you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. LoopClose is published by Acid Secs Productions Inc., Ontario, Canada. See also our Privacy Policy.
What the app does
LoopClose helps you log problems, record containment, work through a 5-Why root-cause analysis, assign action items with owners and due dates, record an effectiveness check, and share a record of the whole CAPA. It is an administrative record-keeping tool.
What the app is not
LoopClose is not a quality-management certification, safety, legal, regulatory or medical tool. It does not decide whether a problem is a nonconformance, whether a root cause is correct, or whether an action is sufficient. It does not make you compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, FDA, OSHA or any other standard or law. You are responsible for your own quality system, for deciding what is a CAPA, and for meeting your own obligations. Severity ratings are your own.
Plus subscription
Plus is an optional subscription sold through Google Play, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until you cancel in the Google Play app under Menu, Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Google Play under its own terms. If a subscription ends, the free features keep working and your data stays on your phone.
Your data on the phone
Everything you enter is stored only on your phone. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the phone, the data is gone and we cannot restore it. Export or share what you want to keep.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, try to break it, or reverse engineer it where the law allows us to forbid that.
Ownership
The app, its name, logo and design belong to Acid Secs Productions Inc.. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You keep ownership of everything you enter.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to make it work well, but we do not promise it will always work, be accurate or be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Acid Secs Productions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on the app or its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may update or stop offering the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the app after an update means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own place of residence.
