Agreement
By using Fit Check you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Fit Check is published by Acid Secs Productions Inc., Ontario, Canada. See also our Privacy Policy.
What Fit Check does
Fit Check gives an AI opinion on how an outfit suits an occasion, with a score and a joke roast. It is entertainment and style inspiration. The score and roast are opinions made by a computer, so they can be wrong, odd or unfair. Do not take them as professional advice, and do not use them to judge a real person.
Your photos
You promise you have the right to upload the photo. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, photos of children, nudity, or anything illegal. If a photo has no outfit in it, the app tells you and does not use a check.
Checks and plans
The free plan includes a limited number of checks per day. Invite-a-friend bonus checks are a free extra and can be changed or ended at any time. Fake or repeated installs made to farm bonus checks can be blocked. If paid plans are offered, they are billed and managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their price and terms are shown there before you buy.
Roast levels
Roasts are meant to be playful and are about clothes only. Spicy and Savage are sharper; use them only if you are an adult and want them.
Age
Fit Check is for people 13 and older. The Spicy and Savage roast levels ask you to confirm you are an adult (18 or older) first.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app: no automated or bulk use, no attempts to get around limits, break the service or reach the server in ways the app does not offer, and no reverse engineering where the law allows us to forbid it.
Ownership
The app, its name, logo and design belong to Acid Secs Productions Inc.. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You keep ownership of your own photos and text; you allow us to process them only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always work, be accurate, or be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Acid Secs Productions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may limit or block use that breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the app after an update means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own place of residence.
