ChangeSlip Terms of Use
Agreement
By using ChangeSlip you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. ChangeSlip is published by Acid Secs Productions Inc., Ontario, Canada. See also our Privacy Policy.
What the app does
ChangeSlip is an offline notebook for extra-work (change order) tickets: describe the extra work, price labor, material and equipment with markup and tax, add photos, collect finger signatures and share a PDF ticket.
Your records, your responsibility
ChangeSlip records extra work as it is written down and signed by the people named on the ticket. It is a record, not a contract, an invoice, tax advice or legal advice. Approval and payment follow your own contract. You are responsible for your own agreements, prices and taxes.
Your data on the phone
Everything you enter is stored only on your phone. If you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose the phone, the data is gone and we cannot restore it. Export or share what you want to keep.
Plus subscription
ChangeSlip is free to use with limits. Plus is an optional subscription that removes some limits and adds extra features. It is sold through Google Play, charged to your Google Play account, and renews automatically each period at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. There is no refund for the part of a period already used, except where the law or Google Play requires one. Prices and what is included in Plus may change for future periods.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app, try to break it, or reverse engineer it where the law allows us to forbid that.
Ownership
The app, its name, logo and design belong to Acid Secs Productions Inc. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices. You keep ownership of everything you enter.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to make it work well, but we do not promise it will always work, be accurate or be free of errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Acid Secs Productions Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on the app or its results. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may update or stop offering the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the app after an update means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own place of residence.
