SOP and Batch Record Builder Privacy Policy
SOP and Batch Record Builder is an offline tool that lays out standard operating procedures and batch records from templates, tracks them from draft to approved, and shares them as PDF or text. Yield percent is plain arithmetic on the two numbers you enter. This page explains what information the app uses and what choices you have. It is short because we collect nothing.
The short version
- No account, no sign-in, no name or email needed.
- No ads, and no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting tools inside the app.
- Everything you enter stays on your phone. The app has no server of ours behind it, and nothing you type is sent to us.
- We do not collect, receive, sell or share your information.
What the app stores on your phone
The documents you type (titles, document numbers, versions, dates, authors, section text, table rows, product names, lot numbers and yields), your status tags, and the company name you choose to print on PDFs with Plus. It is saved in the private storage of the app on your phone. Android backup is switched off for this app. Uninstalling the app removes its data.
What leaves your phone
Only what you choose to send. When you tap Share or Export, the app hands a PDF, text or spreadsheet file to the share sheet of your phone, and you pick the app or place it goes to. We never receive it.
If you tap Send feedback or Contact support, the app opens your email app with a draft addressed to us. The draft is filled in with the app version, your phone model and the Android version to help us fix problems. Nothing is sent unless you press send in your email app. If you do, we receive your email address and what you wrote, and we use it only to answer you.
If you tap Privacy policy or Terms of use, your web browser opens this website. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep ordinary server logs of visits.
Internet access, Plus and Google Play
The app asks Android for the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions only because it includes Google Play components: Google Play Billing, which handles the optional paid Plus subscription and the Restore purchases button, and the Google Play update check, which tells you when a newer version is available. The app asks Google Play whether your Plus subscription is active. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. Google's own privacy policy applies to what Google Play collects. The code we wrote does not send your entries or files anywhere.
Permissions the app asks for
The app has no camera, location, contacts, microphone or storage permission. The only permissions in the app are the network ones explained above (INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, added by the Google Play billing and update components) and the Google Play billing permission itself.
Age
SOP and Batch Record Builder is a work tool for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect information from anyone.
Your choices
- Delete items inside the app, or uninstall the app, to remove your data from your phone. We cannot recover it, because we never had it.
- Anything you have already shared (for example by email or to a cloud drive) is held by the place you sent it. Delete it there.
- Cancel Plus at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions.

Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If the app ever starts to collect or send information, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
